This project will manage public access to protect Lake Reeve – a unique and significantly important wetland.
About the project
This project will work with land management partners, community and key stakeholders to:
- Protect and enhance the significantly important ecolopgical communities of Lake Reeve through managing access and use.
- Prevent vehicle access to the saltmarsh and wetland areras through then placement of physical barriers.
The project will improve biodiversity values within Lake Reeve and enhance opportunities for natural regeneration and provide improved protection of key ecological communities.
